This literary Substack aims to help you read more fiction—with 3 categories of content:
Tips💡 : Suggestions on how to read more fiction. These tips are easy to implement and maintain. And instead of being just one-off tidbits of advice, these tips fit together in a broader framework.
Tomes 📚 : Fiction book recommendations. All the recommended books are page-turners: Novels with an exciting plot, compelling characters, an atmospheric setting, and enjoyable writing.
Tales 💭 : Personal vignettes related to the tips or tomes. These eponymous tales are mostly true—with the exception of some obfuscations (for people’s privacy) and some embellishments (for the plot). Most importantly, these tales are all written by me and are not the hallucinations of an AI chatbot.

Monthly Emails 🗓️ : I’m planning on publishing a free post every month. My inbox is constantly overflowing so I’m a fan of newsletters that send fewer-but-more-useful emails.

About Me🪞
I've been reading books for as long as I can remember:
Childhood 🏫 : Growing up, I spent a lot of time in libraries, where I would often max out my book borrowing limit.
University 🎓 : At Brown, I took so many Literary Arts courses as electives that I accidentally almost completed the degree requirements!
Book Clubs 🙌🏽 : After graduating, I've been part of several book clubs: A book club for 20-somethings, a book club consisting mostly of septuagenarians, a book club that met in a private library, a book club that met in Central Park. I’m currently running a book club of my own in my small studio apartment.
